Arrive Incheon airport and transfer to Mt.

After breakfast, transfer to Suwon and tour
Hwaseong Fortress, the official fortress of
Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, from the latter days
of Joseon Period (1392-1910). It was built
to show the King’s filial piety toward his
father Jangheonseja, and also to build a new
city with its own economic power. The
fortress wall is 5.52km long and it has a
great variety of military facilities you
cannot find at other fortress. The fortress
became designated as Historical Monument No.
3, in January 1963, and in December 1997, it
was designated on UNESCO’s World Cultural
Heritage Site. Visit Everland, the world’s
8th most popular theme park - an exciting
festive world of thrilling rides and lively
entertainment. Visually enhanced by
eye-catching displays of a variety of
flowers like tulips, roses, lilies during
each flower festival, Everland provides
beautiful photo-taking opportunities. Spot
the Liger, a cross breed between the tiger
and the lion, as well as the endangered
White Tiger. Walk along Cheonggyejeong
Stream which used to exist merely as an
overpass forgotten in 1970 until it was
restored in 2005, becoming a haven of
natural beauty amidst the bustle of city
life. Cheonggyecheon Stream offers many

After breakfast, tour
Gyeongbok Palace which is also called
“Northern Palace” was built in 1395, because
it is located more toward the north compared
to Changdeok Palace (Eastern Palace) and
Gyeonghee Palace (Western Palace). Gyeongbok
Palace (No.117 Historical Number) prides
itself for having the largest magnitude and
being the most beautiful among the 5 other
palaces. Drive pass the Presidential Blue
House and stop at designated area for
photography. Visit Korea Ginseng Center.
Shopping at Shinchon Ladies Street, an area
where three major universities are located.
Many young female undergraduates come here
to shop for an array of costume jewellery
and Myeong-dong resembles a massive shopping
city. All kinds of brand name shops and
department stores are clustered on the
streets and alleyways. You can purchase
various products such as clothes, shoes, and
accessories. Compared to Namdaemun or
Dongdaemun, many good-quality brands are
sold in Myeong-dong. Such stores include
Lotte Department Store, Shinsegae Department
Store, U-too Zone, Myeong-dong Migliore and
Avatar. You can purchase good-quality
products at the department stores or other
fashionable products at reasonable prices at
Migliore or Avatar. Moreover, all kinds of
brand shops are densely located along the
main street and lanes. Myeong-dong also has
family restaurants, fast food, Korean,
Western and Japanese food. Among many
restaurants, Myeong-dong are specializes in
pork cutlet and kalguksu (noodles).
